Salmon Teriyaki Cubes / Bites

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 pack salmon saikoro
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

 

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the ginger, garlic and teriyaki marinade.
  2. Add the salmon to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. When hot, place each piece of salmon into the pan, spaced so they aren’t touching. Cook for 2 minutes per side, or until browned.
  4. Place salmon on a serving plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. If serving as finger food, place a toothpick in each piece of salmon.

 


 

BAHAN-BAHAN:

  • 1/2 cup saus teriyaki
  • 1/2 sendok teh jahe parut / cincang halus
  • 1 siung bawang putih, cincang
  • 1 pack salmon saikoro
  • 1 sendok makan minyak goreng
  • 1 sendok teh biji wijen sangrai
  • 1 daun bawang, potong

 

CARA MEMBUAT:

  1. Dalam mangkuk, campur bumbu jahe, bawang putih dan saus teriyaki.
  2. Tambahkan salmon ke dalam rendaman dan aduk sampai terlapisi. Tutup dan masukkan ke dalam kulkas selama 1-2 jam.
  3. Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan dengan api sedang. goreng salmon yang sudah dimarinasi sampai matang dan berwarna agak kecoklatan.
  4. Tempatkan salmon di atas piring saji. Taburi dengan biji wijen dan daun bawang. Jika disajikan sebagai snack, Anda bisa letakkan tusuk gigi di setiap potongan salmon.
