Public Accountant Firm

The Company appointed the Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Sungkoro  & Surja to conduct the audit of the 2023 consolidated financial statements. Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja (recently Purwanto, Susanti & Surja) did not provide other consulting services to the Company and its subsidiaries. Purwanto, Susanti & Surja is a public accounting firm registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

The audit fees of the Company and its subsidiaries in 2023 amounted to IDR 850 million.

Shares Registrar

The Company appointed PT Adimitra Jasa Korpora to conduct administration works related to the shareholders and the Company, such as filing and transfer of shares rights, compiling shareholders register and its amendments and preparing correspondence to shareholders.

The administration services fee in 2018 amounted to IDR 30 million.
