This website and/or application ("Ranchmarket Platform") is managed and operated by PT Supra Boga Lestari Tbk and its affiliates ("Company" or "We"). In managing and operating this Platform, the Company implements this Privacy Notice to establish procedures for the protection and use of the information you provide when using the services of this Platform.

We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. When we request you to provide certain identifiable information while using the Ranchmarket Platform, such information will be used in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

This Privacy Notice covers the processes of collecting, managing, using, and protecting personal information and data of users in compliance with applicable laws in the Republic of Indonesia and global information security standards. As part of our service improvement efforts, this Privacy Notice may be amended or updated from time to time without prior notice and/or announcement.

By accessing and using the services on the Ranchmarket Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to our collection, processing, disclosure, and use of your information and personal data.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
To support the services provided by the Ranchmarket Platform and the RANCH application, we collect personal data and other personal information, including but not limited to name, address, phone number, email, credit card number, transaction history, information about products purchased, records related to IP Address, device type, operating system, page statistics, cookies, and other necessary information ("Personal Data").

The process of collecting, processing, and storing Personal Data is as follows:

Data/Information Provided
Personal information voluntarily provided by you, including but not limited to when:

  • Registration or filling out digital forms provided by the Company while using RANCH services through the Ranchmarket Platform or other platforms;
  • Making agreements with the Company or other documents provided to the Company and/or through the Ranchmarket Platform;
  • Providing personal data when accessing and/or using services from Third Parties that have an official partnership with the Company or Ranchmarket;
  • Providing additional information to Ranchmarket in the form of photos, writings, videos, product shipments, inquiries, comments, or other responses regarding the Ranchmarket Platform;
  • Providing feedback via email, forms, letters, phone calls, or other discussion applications; or
  • Filling in data on Ranchmarket Platform services for confirmation processes, including but not limited to payment processes involving bank account data, credit cards, virtual accounts, internet banking, and other payment services.

Data/Information Collected Automatically

  • Interacting with us via social media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or other social media that may collect user personal data.
  • Visiting the Ranchmarket Platform, which may provide technical information such as IP Address, Mac Address, cookies, and other technical data related to personal data that can be recorded through the logging system.
  • For service improvement such as delivery accuracy, we collect location information from your device connected to our service with your permission through the device or app features. This location information is not limited to your residential address based on region, city, province, but also based on user coordinates.
  • Ranchmarket collects location data to provide offers and/or promotions based on nearby locations, even when the app is closed or not in use.

MANAGEMENT AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal information and data we collect are managed according to relevant security standards and practices. The data or information we obtain will be used for the benefit of the users, including but not limited to:

  • Validating and confirming product orders or services used by the user, including the product delivery/pickup process and payment transaction records;
  • For market research or the development of the Ranchmarket Platform so that the Company can improve and/or adjust the Platform to offer products and services that are most desired by you;
  • Sending you periodic information regarding offers, promotions on new products, special offers, or other information that we consider important on the Ranchmarket Platform;
  • Collecting transaction data between you and us or our business partners, including information on your transactions for products and services we provide;
  • Facilitating communication through any media between users and customer service departments, if there are issues related to transactions on the Ranchmarket Platform;
  • Providing and facilitating payment transactions performed by users on the Ranchmarket Platform, including confirmation and order delivery processes;
  • Maintaining internal records/administration related to the collection and analysis of user transaction data;
  • Fulfilling the Company’s obligations in relation to cooperation with third parties;
  • Managing raffles, promotions, surveys, market research, or any relevant activities intended to be offered to users;

  • For auditing purposes and/or other checks related to the use of the Ranchmarket Platform, including checking violations of the terms and conditions of the Ranchmarket Platform by users.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company will not transfer, sell, distribute, disclose, or lend your information and Personal Data to third parties except under the following circumstances:

  • If required by law or compliance with legal obligations under applicable laws in the Republic of Indonesia;
  • If necessary by our partners to perform their duties such as order fulfillment, delivery/pickup of products, payment transactions, sending emails/SMS/other communications, data analysis, customer service, fulfillment of search results, enhancing security systems, and the development of Ranchmarket Platform;
  • If required to disclose to third parties who have signed a confidentiality agreement with the Company.
  • The Company may transfer Personal Data in whole or in part to third parties for business needs including but not limited to mergers, acquisitions, or reorganizations resulting in a transfer of control or ownership of the Company.
  • Cooperation with business partners or other third parties by providing access to Personal Data to parties working to maintain, develop, or provide services for the Ranchmarket Platform and/or related services.
  • To provide reviews or feedback related to product purchases or service use on the Ranchmarket Platform. Users agree that such data may be displayed on our services, relevant service providers, or third parties who partner with us.
  • We may share Personal Data with third-party service providers who assist us in providing services to users, such as shipping service providers, business partnership providers, customer service providers, and payment transaction service providers.
  • We may share your Personal Data with third parties to support our needs for marketing and business development of the Company.

RIGHTS TO ACCESS PERSONAL DATA
As the service provider, we maintain records of each user’s data and information. As the owner of Personal Data, you have the right to access your Personal Data and transactional information such as payment details, product delivery, transaction history, and other relevant data.

Additionally, you can make changes or corrections to your personal data through mechanisms we have provided, following applicable legal guidelines. By following and using these procedures, we consider the provided data to be accurate according to facts and applicable laws of data ownership and/or after obtaining consent from the data owner.

We may charge an administration fee for handling requests to access, modify, or correct your Personal Data.

We are committed to ensuring that the information you provide to us is secure. To prevent unauthorized access, we implement physical, electronic, and other security measures.

We make every effort to protect the security of your Personal Data by applying security standards and adhering to applicable legal regulations. However, users should be aware and understand that there is no absolute guarantee of security against all risks in totality.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
Users may submit a request to withdraw consent for the use of Personal Data from the Ranchmarket Platform through the mechanisms provided. All Personal Data remaining with us will still be used in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.

When users withdraw their consent for the use of Personal Data, users acknowledge and understand that:

  • The Company will no longer provide services to users, including but not limited to sales and purchase transactions and complaint handling regarding our services.
  • The Company will not delete all data or information that has been made available or published on the Platform, including but not limited to reviews, transaction history, items sold, items successfully delivered or canceled, and transaction log history.
  • Personal Data will no longer be used after the consent is withdrawn, but we do not guarantee the use of Personal Data provided before the consent was withdrawn.
  • Users agree that the Company will be released from legal obligations and responsibilities for any damages arising in relation to Personal Data when consent is withdrawn.

DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
As a service provider, we will store Personal Data as long as the user uses the Ranchmarket service or as long as the user’s account remains active.
The Company may delete Personal Data according to applicable legal provisions, including but not limited to the following reasons:

  • Personal Data is no longer necessary to fulfill the collection purpose;
  • Storage of Personal Data is no longer required to comply with legal obligations; or
  • Users submit a request for deletion of Personal Data from the Ranchmarket Platform.

In the event that users submit a request to delete Personal Data, users should be aware and understand that:

  • There may be instances where your Personal Data has been shared with other parties. In such cases, the storage and processing of your Personal Data by the relevant third parties will follow their respective Privacy Notices.
  • The Company will make reasonable efforts to delete Personal Data, but may not be able to delete all data or information available or published on the Ranchmarket Platform, including but not limited to reviews, transaction history, items delivered, item descriptions, and transaction logs stored on the Company’s servers.
  • The Company reserves the right to reject requests to delete Personal Data that is processed by the Company if allowed or required by applicable laws. This also applies to requests that the Company considers unfounded, not serious, or impossible.
