Put the gelatine into a small bowl and cover with cold water. Pour the cream into a pan with the sugar and vanilla paste. Place on a medium low heat until the mixture just starts to bubble, then turn the heat off. Remove the gelatine leaves from the water and whisk into the pan until melted, followed by the yogurt.
Once smooth and combined, pour into glasses or molds, cool, cover and leave to set in the fridge
STEP 2
Sprinkle the gelatin into the water in a bowl and let sit until softened, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, puree the fresh strawberry.
Simmer the strawberry puree, lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
Mix the gelatin into the strawberry mixture.
Remove from heat, let cool, pour on top of the white layer.
Serve with cut strawberry and mint.
RED & WHITE PANNA COTTA
BAHAN-BAHAN
Lapisan Merah:
1/2 bungkus agar-agar tanpa rasa
3 sendok makan air
Stroberi segar
1 sendok makan jus lemon
1/4 cangkir gula
Lapisan Putih:
3 lembar gelatin
400ml krim
100g gula kastor
2 sdt pasta vanilla bean
400g greek yogurt
400g stroberi
2 tangkai daun mint
LANGKAH 1
Masukkan gelatin ke dalam mangkuk kecil dan tutupi dengan air dingin. Tuang krim ke dalam panci dengan gula dan pasta vanila. Letakkan di atas api sedang sampai campuran mulai menggelembung, lalu matikan api. Keluarkan daun gelatin dari air dan aduk ke dalam panci sampai meleleh, diikuti dengan yogurt.
Setelah halus dan tercampur, tuang ke dalam gelas atau cetakan, dinginkan, tutup dan biarkan mengeras di lemari es
LANGKAH 2
Taburkan gelatin ke dalam air dalam mangkuk dan diamkan hingga lunak, sekitar 5 menit. Sementara itu, haluskan strawberry segar.
Rebus pure stroberi, jus lemon, dan gula sampai gula larut.
Campurkan agar-agar ke dalam campuran stroberi.
Angkat dari api, biarkan dingin, tuang di atas lapisan putih.
